KItty is a passionate social campaigner with a heart for change.
Kitty has a background in campaigning and looks after the business and advocacy side of Alliance. It is her passion, efforts and finances that have made Alliance a reality.
Nidia Rios-Ahmed - Senior Housing Support Officer
Nidia heads up the support side of Alliance.
Nidia has extensive experience of working in care and support, particularly in a local authority setting. She is passionate about unity, equality and ensuring that everybody she supports is given a chance to be their best selves.
Nidia is a strong personality and uses that attribute to advocate, challenge and change. She is a passionate polymath.
Outside of Alliance Nidia loves spending time with her family as well as cooking and reading.
Charlotte Layland - Trainee Support Worker
Charlotte is passionate about support and uses the skills she developed in customer service to bring a person centred approach to those for whom Alliance cares.
Charlotte's caring heart and listening ear are invaluable to Alliance; her retail experience has given her an empathy and listening ear; she combines these qualities with a can do attitude.
Outside of Alliance, Charlotte loves long walks, reading and a good board game.
Katie Layland - Trainee Support Worker
Katie is a force of nature, especially when fighting crime with her cat, Bruce. OK, so perhaps she is not a caped crusader, but she brings a passion for care and support and a proactive approach to the support she offers. As for Bruce, who knows what super powers he might have?
Katie is a change maker; passionate about a person centred approach, she brings a background in customer service combined with a passion for improving society through directly tackling social inequality.
As well as her work with Alliance and keeping Bruce fed for his crime fighting exploits, she loves reading and listening to music.
Sahima (Sam) Pervaiz - Support Worker
Sam has previous experience in both the health sector and customer services. She has combined this experience with her self-driven heart to see the hurt healed and those she supports be the best version of themselves that they are able.
Sam is a busy lady combining her role with Alliance with being a Mum, hiking, travelling, driving for fun and cooking up a storm.
Ali
Ali has a background in property management and surveying and brings this, along with an infectious personality and huge work ethic to Alliance. Ali is a great combination of compassion, skill and a cool head; he is the backbone of Alliance's logistics and growth.
Squishy aka Eric
There's nothing squishy about Eric. He keeps a close eye on the Alliance team and will not allow any fishy business.
Resident in one of our properties, Squishy is responsible for ensuring kitchen cleanliness (no scale build up) and keeping Alliance's operations going swimmingly. The Alliance mascot, he has a background in wet leasing, telling tales and fin art. There are no chips on his shoulder!
